7.Face to Face Offers — if you are the proprietor of an actual retail or wholesale store, don’t hesitate to ask you customers for their email address when they check out.  You may also want to consider sending out surveys via the mail and running additional contests to gain access to consumer contact information.

In summary, there are surely a broad variety of ways to develop a list of eager buyers to target with your email campaign. You don’t have to resort to buying email marketing lists.
